The hotel is very close to the tourist area and the central market. The room we had was very nice and clean, the whole hotel looks good and the staff are nice. I would stay here again if I returned to hcmc, really good value for money.

The breakfast consists in 2 fried eggs, a piece of bread and a cup of tea.

The hotel is value for money. The room clean the toilet also very clean. The room me stay at just nice for my family 2 adult and 2 children. The breakfest it ok ok. The staff were friendly they show us the way to go to muslim food. They also have cheap land tour and pick-up and sand off.

The staff speech very litte english it very hard to understand.

The owner was very nice , hotel staffs were helpfull and polite,room was cleaned , bath room was cleaned. Breasfast was good. Price was fair.

Great location and the staff was very helpful at all times. Its on a quite street (for Saigon standard's) so I would definitely go back there.

Our room was not cleaned during our 4 day stay although this could have been a communication error. The air conditioning unit leak out in to the bath room so the floor and towel mat were always wet which made it quite slippery. The shower was awful! To get any kind of pressure you had to have it turned to cold.

Breakfast was good

According to the information on your web site and their broucher in hotel, bath tub should have provided at bath room in every room but no bath tub even no shower booth is in my room, only shower tap is provided. Normally, making room should have done while customer was out but they called me to make room when I came back and had a rest. I asked to change towels twice then they brought them.I Asked to book a taxi for going to airport but they provided me a private car and they rang me 5:45am while I booked 6:00am.

Kind and helpful staff. Breakfast include two eggs and one France bread.

I booked sunny suite, which "has separate living room and full length windows". No sir! Staff said: "such room does not exist here". Was offered an extra room at reduced rate, without windows, which didn't change anything. This was to be a family holiday, occupying a suite. Sunny hotel failed in providing the goods purchased and would not refund the booking price. Never again. The location leaves a lot to be desired. Apart from that: the bathroom had a leak somewhere, the tap was broken and "would be fixed that evening, but wasn'T. Breakfast is an egg and lightweight breadroll. 300 words is not enough to describe our disappointment with this booking.

The staff was very kind in welcoming me late at night (my plane was delayed), whereas the next day they were very helpful in arranging a tour for me, at a great price. The hotel is great when it comes to price/quality.

My room had no windows - yet many hotels in se asia are built this way. Air conditioning was good though.

It is very near with the crodwed shopping area, so we do need to go further to find the good food, Hot Toc (Hair Cut), mini market, toys / dolls ... its very strategic location for sight seeing of the HCM city. Since I came with my Fam, I booked 2 rooms, and the price is okay for us, compare if I have to book 1 big room in another hotel it is cheaper. Good for Family Hotel.

I stayed 3 nights, but in separate different days due to I have another tour package at another city. At the 1st night, I terribly hate this hotel since the hot shower is not work properly, WIFI is off, and the breakfast time is rather too late (07:00am started). But the 2nd & 3rd days (5 days after the 1st one), everything rectified and works better ....
